The EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0) is a professional and reliable instrument for measuring emotional intelligence.
This questionnaire measures a person’s emotional intelligence in 5 composite areas with 15 separate subscales. Candidates are asked how often they use various emotional skills. The interpretation of the results on each scale focuses on the importance of a balanced profile. Unlike personality, which is considered relatively stable over time, emotional intelligence skills can be learned and developed over the course of professional development.
The EQ 360 assessment provides a more in-depth analysis by gathering information from a person’s peers, manager and direct reports, resulting in a more complete 360-degree profile.
EQ 360 workplace report

EQ 360 Leadership Report
The EQ 360 Leadership Report translates the EQ results into the language of leadership development. In the 360-degree report with at least 3-4 raters per group, comparisons are made between the EQ assessments of the manager and the various raters. A development plan is drawn up jointly from a discussion of these results.
