About me
Over the past 15 years, I have gained extensive experience in the fields of transportation & logistics, chemicals and consulting in Europe and the Middle East. My professional focus has evolved from sales, project management and consulting to executive, leadership and career coaching.
I not only work as a project manager (PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner), but also as an independent coach within my company Walter-Executive Coaching & Consulting.
I have been certified as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation since 2019 and have already supported more than 350 individuals with my professional and individualized coaching services.
In addition, since 2020 I have been supporting the Goal Imagery Coaching Academy as a trainer and mentor in their ICF recognized Level 1 and Level 2 coaching trainings for life, career & executive coaches.
The foundation for a successful coaching practice lies in my continuous further training. Highlights include coaching models for relationship dynamics (ORSC™ FUNDAMENTALS and INTERMEDIATE), personality profiles (TypeCoach Certified Professional, Reflector Big 5 Certified, Hogan Assessments), communication (Certified in Conversational Intelligence®) and resilience (Executive FiRE Index).

With my extensive education and training in coaching, personal and team development, as well as a focus on communication, emotional intelligence and resilience, I offer my clients a creative and holistic approach to breaking through barriers, enabling individuals to clarify, focus on and achieve their coaching goals.
Consulting
As a PRINCE2 practitioner, I apply a structured project management method to every project and every consultation. The main focus is on dividing each project into manageable and controllable phases. By following the PRINCE2 principles, I create transparency and ensure accountability throughout the project.
Training
My experience and skills as a project manager and career and leadership coach shape my training style: structured, goal-oriented and practical.
I offer students a safe and generous space to experiment and co-create, for the best possible learning experience.
